We offer specialized social skills groups designed to support individuals at different life stages—whether it's building friendships in childhood or navigating adult relationships with confidence.

Virtual Social Skills Group for Adults (Ages 18–30)

Bravely Minded is offering a 6-week online group for autistic adults who want to build confidence and connection in social situations. Participants will receive structured instruction and real-world practice in areas such as:

  • Starting and maintaining conversations

  • Making and keeping friendships

  • Group dynamics and self-advocacy

  • Managing anxiety in social settings

Led by a School Psychologist and BCBA in a supportive small-group setting.

Group Details

Start Date: August 3, 2025
Length: 6 weeks
Format: 100% virtual
Age Range: Adults ages 18–30
Cost: $45 per session

Time Options (choose one):

  • Tuesdays at 1:00 PM EST

  • Wednesdays at 11:00 AM EST

  • Thursdays at 3:00 PM EST
